The camera's Wide Dynamic Range with dynamic capture uses several images with different exposure times. The advanced image processing results in video with exceptional clarity and sharpness.
AXIS Q1604-E can handle complex environments such as when light comes through a tunnel creating both shadow and bright zones. No part of the image turns out too dark or too bright.
The outdoor-ready AXIS Q1604-E offers the same high-quality features as AXIS Q1604 Network Camera.
AXIS Q1604-E Network Camera using Wide Dynamic Range with dynamic capture
The AXIS Q1604-E is offering Wide Dynamic Range - dynamic capture (greater than 120 dB) capabilities that are especially beneficial in those environments where backlight or intense contrasts are an issue. WDR enables the capture and display of both bright and dark areas, in a way that there are details in both areas, i.e. bright areas are not saturated, and dark areas are not too dark.
