Super concealed installation
The thumb sized axis fa1105 sensor unit is ideal for concealed indoor monitoring and integration into machines in stores, banks and airports. A small sensor unit means that you can install it in a compact location or hide it at the horizon to better capture and recognize faces. When mounted flush on a wall, ceiling or metal panel, only one small lens hole is visible.



When combined with the separately sold axis fa54 host, the axis fa1105 provides 1080p resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 111 ° horizontal field of view for wide area coverage.
Excellent details
Axis fa1105 always supports WDR (wide dynamic range) wide dynamic shadow hunting technology, which can clearly present details even in high contrast light conditions, such as the backlight scene of people standing in front of very bright background. When the sensor unit is used in combination with the host, it gives priority to scenes such as dark areas, so that colors and details can be clearly presented. WDR technology in axis FA series is also optimized for movement, so there is no moving artifact when fast moving objects pass through. In low light scenes, the axis fa1105 provides excellent color video with low noise.

Axis fa1105 is a product of axis FA series, which is based on the subdivided network camera concept. In this concept, the camera is divided into sensor unit (including lens and image sensor) and host (camera body). This flexible design allows this small sensor unit to be installed in the desired location and to place the host in the gap.
The axis fa1105 comes with an 8 m (26 ft) detachable cable for connecting to the axis fa54 host. An optional 15 m (49 ft) cable is also available. The axis fa1105 also comes with a mounting bracket and lock nut for easy mounting on glass, plastic or metal panels.
