For the 1080p sensor unit, AXIS F41 supports the "wdr-forensic CAPTURE" feature, which allows for high-resolution images even under poor lighting conditions. Amex's "wdr-forensic CAPTURE" is an important factor in monitoring applications because it clearly shows the details of bright and dark scene areas.

Flexible installation
The AXIS F41 main component is paired with the AXIS F sensor component for the highly hidden video monitoring application. The main part can be installed in a concealed location, up to 12 meters (39 feet) away from the sensor part, while the sensing part can be installed in a compact space, indoors or outdoors.
1080 p HDTV
AXIS F41 supports 1080p resolution of HDTV 1080p with a 1080p sensor component at 50 or 60 frames per second. This is ideal for capturing fast-moving objects and generating fluid video. With "wdr-capture", it is able to achieve HDTV 1080p resolution at 25 or 30 frames per second. AXIS F41, together with the AXIS F sensor unit, can provide color video under the low light condition of 0.3 lux.

The main component can also be easily installed in the cabinet and small housing, because all connectors are located on the side of the component and the cable is wired in only one direction, without taking up too much space.

AXIS F41 has built-in SD card slots that allow users to store video locally on full-size SD CARDS.
It also supports two-way audio with four configurable input/output ports that connect external devices to enhance alarm management. RS232 port enables external data to be integrated with video. The main components can be powered by Ethernet or dc power.
Intelligent video features video motion detection, active anti-damage alarm, and applications that can be downloaded from the amex camera application platform.
