The vari hybrid amplifier is a high-performance multi-functional device with four mono microphone inputs and one music input. It can meet a variety of public broadcasting requirements, and the cost is very low.

basic function

All input channels are equipped with phantom power to power condenser microphones and optional voice filters for improved clarity. In addition, input channels 3 and 4 can be switched according to line sensitivity. Independent music input has its own input selector and volume control.
Input channel 1 can take precedence over all other microphone and music inputs.
This priority function is activated when the contact on the 5-pin DIN interface is closed or the signal level on channel 1 exceeds a predetermined value (VOX). The user can configure the amplifier to play a 2-tone prompt before playing the priority broadcast. Telephone or emergency input with vox activation and its preset volume control will take precedence over all other inputs.

Loop input and output connections allow the connection of external sound processing devices, such as equalizers and speckle feedback suppressors, between the preamplifier and the power amplifier assembly. The LED Vu meter is used to monitor the main output. The device is also equipped with a tape output channel.
Vari hybrid amplifiers are available in a variety of models with different maximum output power.
70 V and 100 V constant voltage connection lines and 8 ohm low impedance connection lines can directly provide such power. In addition, these amplifiers have separate 70 V / 100 V "call only" output channels for broadcast areas where only priority broadcasting is required, while 70 V / 100 V "mixed only" output channels are used for areas where priority broadcasting is not required. Call only output can also be used for 3-wire remote volume control. If the required power is greater than the output power provided by the built-in power amplifier module, additional variegated power is allowed to be amplified in a loop layout

The amplifier is connected to the equalizing line output.

The function of LBB 1914 / 10 is the same as LBB 1912 / 10, but it also has two front panel switches that direct the amplifier output to two separate areas. This is useful when certain areas of the building do not need to hear certain radio or background music. However, priority calls are always sent to both areas.
