The axis t8129-e outdoor Poe extender provides an intelligent and easy to install solution that extends the reach of your network without additional power. Without the limitation of 100m (328ft) ethernet cable, axis network video products can be installed at a longer distance. Simply connect the t8129e axis to the CAT5e or CAT6 cable, and the power is forwarded to your axis network video product. Extensive compatibility
Compatible with all axis network video products, shaft outdoor Poe extension supports Poe, which is compatible with IEEE standard, IEEE standard and high claim 60 W. The axis t8129-e has a rugged, IP66 / IP67 rated enclosure that can withstand harsh environmental conditions and challenging temperatures.
Coverage distance
The range depends on the power required, so the total connection length can be 200-400 meters (656-1312 feet) depending on the mid span and camera type. For example, a 25 Watt PTZ dome camera can be placed 200 meters (656 feet) away using the single axis t8129-e. Alternatively, by installing the triaxial t8129-e at 100 meters (328 feet) intervals, the cable length to a conventional 5-watt webcam can be extended to 400 meters (1312 feet). Maximum distance without additional power supply
The axis t8129-e does not require any additional power, and the connected webcam is powered by a single Poe switch or mid span. It provides two female Ethernet ports, both of which are automatically configured for link speed, duplex and crossover, and maintain full network throughput.
